Candidate Enquiries

The Candidate InquiryEnquiries page is used to manage inquiries that come either from public pages (via Embed or Referral link) to handle candidate details at the initial stage of the recruitment process.

This page is available on the left tab of the Candidates page.
Moreover, you can also navigate to this page from
Recruitment->Candidate Enquiries.

The entry added through the Refer a Friend link copied from My Profile will be reflected here.

Recruiters can also create an inquiry directly from this page. When creating an inquiry, it is not mandatory to add an application. At this stage, the option to add an application will not be visible.

You can filter the data by selecting the Inquiry Status (Open/Closed), Application Status (Created/Not Created) or Entry Source (Manual/Referral/Embedded Form).
