Candidate Inquiry

This page is used to create Candidate Inquiries. 

In this, we can add candidates who have sent an inquiry for a particular opening. We can also filter candidates by their Inquiry Status (Open/ Closed), Application Status (Created/ Not Created), or Entry Source (Manual Entry/ Referral/ Embedded Form).

How this feature helps
 
- The opening feature ensures that every job requirement is clearly defined before  
  the recruitment begins. 
- It reduces confusion, standardizes hiring criteria, and helps recruiters screen   
  candidates effectively. 
- By capturing role details, experience, salary, and screening questions, this feature 
   improves hiring accuracy, saves time, and ensures that only suitable candidates 
   move forward in the recruitment process. 
- Once an opening is created, it becomes the reference for: 
   1) Adding candidates 
   2) Applying screening questions 
   3) Tracking hiring process
