Candidate Inquiry

The Candidate Inquiry feature is used to capture and manage candidate details at the initial stage of the recruitment process. This page allows recruiters to quickly record candidate information received from various sources such as referrals, job portals, walk-ins, or embedded forms.

Create Candidate Inquiry:

On this page, you can create a New Candidate Inquiry by entering basic personal and application-related details.
This form is designed for quick data entry, ensuring no potential candidate information is lost.

Overview:

This section is used to capture the candidate’s basic personal and inquiry-related information at the initial stage of recruitment.

     1. Upload the Resume Attachment (optional or mandatory based on system settings).
     2. Enter the candidate’s First Name and Last Name.
     3. Provide the Contact Number, Alternate Contact Number (if any), Email ID, and Address.
     4. Select the candidate’s Gender, Country, State, and City.
     5. Add the LinkedIn Profile Link (optional).
     6. Select the Primary Source (Job Portal, Referral, Walk-in, Manual Entry, Embedded Form, etc.).
     7. Assign the responsible Recruiter(s) for follow-up.
     8. Select the Applied For position if available.
     9. Add any relevant Candidate Notes for reference.

This section provides recruiters with a quick and complete overview of the candidate inquiry and serves as the foundation for further screening and conversion into a full candidate profile.

It helps Recruiters to:

Once a Candidate Inquiry is created, it can be used for:

  • Conversion into a full Candidate profile
