Candidate Entry Pages

After completing all configurations such as creating a position, setting up the Interview Procedure Flow, and Joining Procedure Flow, candidates or applications can be added. Candidate Entries can be done through many ways:

1) OpeningOpenings Page
2) Candidate Page
3) Candidate InquiryEnquiries Page
4) Opening Page (Resource Request)
5) Opening (Career/Embed Page)
6) Placement Page
7) Resource Request List View Page

1) OpeningOpenings Page:

To open this, navigate to Recruitment->Openings. From thethere, main Opening page, weyou can add a candidate directly using the ➕ button in the Add Candidate. column.

WeYou can also open the detail/view modal of the opening or position. On the left side below the details, there is a “+ Add New Candidate” option.

This is the main page used to add applications.


2) Candidate Page:

This page shows all candidates/applications. To open this, navigate to Recruitment->Candidate.

It displays the candidate name with Application ID, and if the candidate is selected and an account is created, the Employee Code will also be shown.

There are two options available:

  • Add candidate with application (same as adding from the Opening page)

  • Add only candidate and create application later

For creating only the candidate, do not select the “Add Application” checkbox while creating the candidate.

3) Candidate InquiryEnquiries Page:

This page is used to create an inquiryenquiry first. This page is available on the left tab of the Candidates page. Moreover, you can also navigate to this page from Recruitment->Candidate Enquiries.

If the inquiryenquiry is successful, we can add an application from there by either:

  • Updating the inquiry,enquiry, or

  • Using the ➕ button

If a candidate entry comes from the embed/career page, it will be reflected here, and the application can be added from this page.

The entry added through the Refer a Friend link copied from My Profile will be reflected here.

4) OpeningOpenings Page (Resource Request):

To open this, navigate to Recruitment->Openings. If a resource request is created, candidates can be added for that request.

Steps:

  • Click on 🛈 button visible next to the number of resource request which will show all resource request added under that opening and not completedfrom the button there we can add candidate for that specific resource request.

  • If we have selected ➕ directly which is given alongside with the position name then we can select the resource request and add the candidate for that particular resource request.

5) OpeningOpenings (Career/Embed Page):

The Career/Embed Page link for an opening or resource request can be copied and shared. 

This is a public page where candidates can apply directly.

Applications from this page will first be added to Candidate Inquiry, and from there the recruiter or organization can create the application.


6) Placement Page:

To open this, navigate to Recruitment->Manage Placements->Placements. If the candidate meets the cutoff, the application will be created automatically.

If a candidate has taken a test but did not pass or did not meet the cutoff, the application must be added manually. For it, click on the eye button next to a placement. Then, the details of all the candidates will be visible whose application was created in the placement. From there, you can add a new candidate.

7) Resource Request List View Page:

All the resource request which are created will be visible over here. To open this, navigate to Recruitment->Openings and go to the Resource Request List tab from the top right corner.

 After clicking on this button also, we can add the application specifically under that resource request.
