The Letters Log page provides a centralized record of all letters generated across different HR processes, allowing users to track, review, and manage employee and candidate communications efficiently.

Each entry in the Letters Log displays key details such as the Letter Name, Letter Type, Employee or Candidate Name, letterLetter generatedGenerated dateDate and timeTime, currentCurrent statusStatus, and a viewView of the letterLetter documentDocument. Letters can be generated from various workflows including onboarding, employee profile, and exit processes. Filters and search options help users quickly locate specific letters based on status or letter type, while the document view option allows instant access to the generated letter.
