Candidate Reject Reason

The Candidate Reject Reason page allows you to define reasons for rejecting a candidate/cancelling interview/skipping a stage. These reasons can be used while adding a followup.

Create Reject Reasons:

  1. This is where you define why the candidate is rejected, such as Salary Expectations Too High, Lack of Experience, or Failed the Aptitude Test.

  2. You can choose the rejection type by specifying if the reason applies to Candidate Reject, Cancel Interview or Interview Stage Skip.

  3. You can activate or deactivate each reason through flags based on your needs for filtering purposes.

The Bulk Action button allows you to delete multiple candidate reject reasons at once, streamlining the management process.
