Reject Reason

The Reject Reason page allows you to define reasons for rejecting a candidate/cancelling interview/skipping a stage. These reasons can be used while adding a follow-up.

Create Reject Reasons:

  1. If organization is rejecting a candidate then for such scenario recruiter or interviewer must add a reason that reason we can create by selecting For Candidate Reject.
    Example: Salary Expectations Too High, Lack of Experience, or Failed the Aptitude Test.
  2. If interview has scheduled and due to some reason want's to cancel the interview then select For Cancel Interview.
    Example: Internal Meeting, Candidate not present
  3. If interview has scheduled and while scheduling recruiter wants to skip the stage they must have to add a reason that reason we can create by selecting For Interview Skip Stage.
    Example: Relevant experience, Time constraints, Internal referral or recommendation

The Bulk Action button allows you to delete multiple candidate reject reasons at once, streamlining the management process.
