Reject Reason

The Candidate Reject Reason page allows you to define reasons for rejecting a candidate/cancelling interview/skipping a stage. These reasons can be used while adding a followup.follow-up.

Create Reject Reasons:

  1. If

    Thisorganization is whererejecting you define why thea candidate isthen rejected,for such asscenario recruiter or interviewer must add a reason that reason we can create by selecting For Candidate Reject.
    Example: Salary Expectations Too High, Lack of Experience, or Failed the Aptitude Test.

  2. If

    interview has scheduled and due to some reason want's to cancel the interview then select For Cancel Interview.
    Example: Internal Meeting, Candidate not present

  3. YouIf interview has scheduled and while scheduling recruiter wants to skip the stage they must have to add a reason that reason we can choose the rejection typecreate by specifying if the reason applies toselecting CandidateFor RejectInterview Skip Stage.
    ,Example: CancelRelevant Interviewexperience, Time constraints, Internal referral or Interview Stage Skiprecommendation.

  4. You can activate or deactivate each reason through flags based on your needs for filtering purposes.

The Bulk Action button allows you to delete multiple candidate reject reasons at once, streamlining the management process.
