Reject Reason
The Candidate Reject Reason page allows you to define reasons for rejecting a candidate/cancelling interview/skipping a stage. These reasons can be used while adding a followup.follow-up.
Create Reject Reasons:
- If
Thisorganization iswhererejectingyou define why thea candidateisthenrejected,for suchasscenario recruiter or interviewer must add a reason that reason we can create by selecting For Candidate Reject.
Example: Salary Expectations Too High, Lack of Experience, or Failed the Aptitude Test. - If
interview has scheduled and due to some reason want's to cancel the interview then select For Cancel Interview.
Example: Internal Meeting, Candidate not present YouIf interview has scheduled and while scheduling recruiter wants to skip the stage they must have to add a reason that reason we canchoose the rejection typecreate byspecifying if the reason applies toselectingCandidateForRejectInterview Skip Stage.,Example:CancelRelevantInterviewexperience, Time constraints, Internal referral orInterview Stage Skiprecommendation.You canactivateordeactivateeach reason through flags based on your needs for filtering purposes.
The Bulk Action button allows you to delete multiple candidate reject reasons at once, streamlining the management process.
