Technical Skills

The Technical Skills page allows you to define and manage the technical skills required for candidates while creating a new opening. It ensures that each job opening captures the necessary skill set, making it easier to filter and match suitable candidates during recruitment.

1) Create Technical Skill(s):

Use this option to add new technical skills to the system. These skills can then be selected or created while creating or editing a job opening, ensuring that all openings have accurate and relevant technical requirements.

2) Bulk Action:

With the Bulk Action feature, you can delete multiple technical skills at once, streamlining the process of managing and maintaining recruitment process.
