Technical Skills

The Technical Skills page allows you to create the technical skills required for candidates while creating a new opening. 

Create Technical Skill(s):

Use this option to add a new technical skill to the system. These skills can then be selected or created while creating or editing a job opening, ensuring that all openings have accurate and relevant technical requirements.

With the Bulk Action feature, you can delete multiple technical skills at once, streamlining the process of managing and maintaining recruitment process.

This feature is optional while creating an opening. If you want to create a job opening with specific technical skills, you can configure it.
