Training and Development
The Training and Development page helps in structuring learning programs for employees to enhance skills, ensure smooth onboarding, and maintain overall growth. The Joining training type is a key stage used during the onboarding process to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, workflows, and responsibilities. This ensures a smooth start and prepares them to perform effectively in their roles.
Create Training (for e.g., Joining):
- Select the type for Training and Development (Joining, Periodically, Special Training).

Training Name: Enter the name of the training program.

No. of Days: Specify the duration of the training in days.

Department(s) / Designation(s): Select applicable departments or designations that will undergo the training.
Complete all the steps like Reviewer, Training and Action to create the training.
Other training types include:

Periodically: Regular training sessions to update skills, ensure compliance, and keep employees aligned with evolving processes.

Special Training: Customized sessions designed for specific projects, departments, or unique employee needs to build specialized expertise.
This feature is not mandatory. If your company offers training for employees, you can configure it.
