Placements
The Placements page is used to manage job placements created under a specific placement drive.
Each placement acts as a link between a placement drive and job opening, whose link can be shared to relevant institutions by HRs or Admins, enabling structured candidate evaluation and selection.
Create Placement:
- Enter the Placement Title.
- Select the associated Placement Drive.
- Once you choose the Opening, the Interview Stages, Technical Skills and Salary Range configured for that opening will be automatically fetched and can be edited. Also, a new section Interview Configuration will appear next to the Basic Details section. That section will show default interviewer(s) configuration or a pre-set configuration. You can edit that configuration from here as well as while designing the Interview Procedure Flow for that Opening.
- Select the Branch where the placement applies.
- Select the applicable Interview Stage.
- Add or crate required Technical Skills.
- Select the Customer Company (if applicable).
- Enter the Job Description.
- Define the Salary Type and Salary Range.
- Enable Resume Attachment and Cover Attachment if required.
- Enable the option Terminate Test on Violation Count if needed and set the Allowed Violation Count limit.
Aptitude Questions:
This section is used to configure aptitude tests associated with the placement.
The organization can select entire question sets or individual questions depending on the recruitment requirement.
Selecting Question Sets:
Select the Question Set from the list created in the Question Set page.
After selecting the set, the organization can define a Sectional Cut Off if required.
Question Selection Methods:
Two methods are available for selecting questions from a set:
1. Manual Selection:
In Manual Selection, the organization can manually choose specific questions from the selected set.2. Auto Selection:
In Auto Selection, the organization can:
Define the number of questions to be selected automatically
The system selects questions from the total questions available in the set
Managing Questions in a Set:
Each question set contains an info button (🛈) next to the word Set in the table. Using this option, the organization can configure the questions inside the set.
For Aptitude Test Question Sets, the Info option allows the organization to:
Select or deselect questions
Update passing points if applicable
Duplicate Questions:
If two different question sets are selected, and a question appears in both sets, the system shows a warning icon (⚠) next to that question. This helps identify duplicate questions across sets.
Passing Marks and Total Test Duration:
Below the question table, there are fields to configure: Total Test Duration and Passing Marks.
Total Test Duration:
Enter the total test duration in minutes.Passing Marks:
If the Question Selection Type is Manual, the organization can define the total passing marks required to clear the test. This determines whether the candidate has successfully passed the opening screening stage.
With the Bulk Action feature, you can delete multiple placements at once, streamlining the process of managing and maintaining the active placements.
Sharing the Placement Link:
After creating a placement drive, HRs and Admins can share the Placement Link with the relevant institutions by clicking on the three dot button beside the Placement Name.
Here's what will be displayed after opening the link:
The candidate details who have filled the above form will be seen after clicking on the eye button next to a placement.
Opening it, you'll see the list of all the candidates who have applied for that position through the link. Firstly, a Basic Details section will be shown of the candidate. From the top right corner, you can refresh this section, export data and even add a candidate manually.
In the Questions tab, you can see all the questions answered by the candidate which were configured for that placement and their scores.
Switching to the Candidate(s) tab, the candidate list will be shown and you can also filter them by Applied, Qualified or Disqualified. For e.g., if you click on Qualified, the candidates who are qualified will get highlighted in green color.
You can also enter the cut off score and filter based on it.
